Tooth Fairy is a dental platform that develops, hosts, and markets the dental industry, which allows for users to publish reviews about dental businesses, making an appointment with the nearest doctor that matches visitors' price range. Users are required to provide payment information from the second visit prior to booking.
At the heart of this product is the goal to ease the booking process in the dental industry, and create a re-imaged dental experience.
Identify any product design problem in the dental industry and provide a design solution that includes user sign up, search feature, and a booking appointment process to solve the problem.
The first step in the design discovery journey was to conduct a user research that focuses on young demographics patients who habitually go for a check-up at dentistry. This user research is able to find out what users want to focus on the most and what are their top pain points.

Based on what I have learned during the user research, I created user flows from the main tasks users would want to perform on website. I prioritized the most common and most important use cases first in an effort to lay down the groundwork for the website design.
To combine all these needs from the users, creating a dental platform that integrate great dentistries together would help people to find their best match dentist smoothly.
Some main design solutions that I ideate for the users:
Research feedback from users was incorporated directly into the designs to improve on areas that users found confusing throughout the booking process.
