Marketing Responsibilities

Design Responsibilities

  • Provided support for SEO and other website enhancements including uploading new content to the corporate website.
  • Executed requests for Google analytics, presentations, and more with a keen attention to detail and at a rapid pace to meet the heightened demands of a fast-growing, dynamic business.
  • Worked with Content, Demand Generation, Industry, Event, Performance and Corporate Communication teams to track and meet project objectives and deadlines.  
  • Conducted competitive analysis to better understand industry trends.
  • Participated in marketing brainstorming sessions and weekly meetings.
  • Published & edited 30+ Blogs on corporate website via the Drupal CMS.
  • Designed and created product web banner for the corporate website, and LinkedIn's Open Graph image.
  • Redesigned LinkedIn video campaign, corporate PowerPoint, and Email Signatures that are requested from stakeholders. (Strategy: A/B Testing)
  • Conducted UX optimization analysis & research for the corporate website.

There were unclassified raw data exported from Marketo needs to be categorized and analyzed. We conducted an analysis to help with what changes we need to make to update TraceLink’s Contact Us form and to improve our conversion rate.

We classified our data into 6 Categories :

Outcome: The values/data for Business Type are no longer relevant given TraceLink's expanded focus into other industries and capturing this data via a form would require a lengthy picklist, which would be a barrier to completion.

Linkedin Campaign

Most of TraceLink's videos on LinkedIn have a black shadow effect around the video frame.

To have a better visual aesthetic, I removed the black shadow and redesigned video layout. I created and edited the video via 剪映.

To improve better social performance on Linkedin, I suggested conducted an A/B testing.
A: previous organic LinkedIn campaign - 13 likes
B: remove the shadows around the video and redesign the subtitles layouts for the new campaign. - 30 likes

The new campaign resulted in 87.5% social engagement increase in organic post.
